I have several repairs with Apex Auto Center. One was major. The repair was handled with my insurance company and everything was very easy, and the repair was completed as scheduled, with excellent results. The others were minor repairs, and the staff took very good care of my needs.

Hi there, the process went smoothly, the reason why I have 5 is for to quality of the finished product. One piece of trim from the windshield came off the moment I took the car to be washed.

I was treated with the utmost kindness when I interacted on the phone with Danuza and had very detailed explanation of what was going on with my car [By Ronnie] but not in a man- splaining way. The updates on when the parts of my car came was what was disappointing. I was told that I would get a call when the parts came in but I called almost 5 days later in order to get that message (and was informed that they were waiting for me). The car was fixed well and cleaned so well with vacuuming and etc(I appreciated that). I am still waiting on a call due to a battery issue found post-the car being fixed, however, I may call to get that answer.
