Auburn Collisions was prompt in repairing my Ford Escape. They kept me up-to-date on the status and when the car was ready for pickup. The car was cleaned on the outside and inside. My Ford Escape looks like a new car. It’s a 2016. I’m a very satisfied customer.

As a driver who has been in a few accidents, the experience with other shops and this one is uncomfortable. Auburn collision 1 customer service is fantastic. Desk lady was very nice and always has a smile on her face, and the estimator Brandon was a great man to speak to who expressed kindness and respect. He cared about how my service was. The manager must be doing something great with his team. The shop went above and beyond with the care of my vehicle. Very satisfied. Highly recommended this shop 5/5 Stars

Great repair and paint job on the rear bumper. Mazda's Soul Red Crystal Metallic is difficult to match. The team did a wonderful job on my 2024 Mazda3 Premium Hatchback 6 spd manual. It's the only shop I trust in the Puget Sound Area.

Great customer service from start to finish. Communication was excellent. And it was super helpful that on the 1st visit (while getting an estimate) Jym took down ALL the info needed to work with the insurance company, including all the required pictures. Offering to and delivering my vehicle to my home was above and beyond especially since it was a Friday before a 3-day holiday weekend. I will definitely refer Collision 1 in Auburn to friends and return for service again if needed. Hopefully I won't need to return... no offense.
