Auburn Collision has been, and once again this time was the place of choice to have my/our work done. Even though Allstate Insurance tried to steer me elsewhere. We have always had superior results with workmanship to be done. This was the case again, but the small details are what will keep this shop in business for years to come in a very tough market.

Would have been a 10 barring some small minor details as to how the vehicle came back. A very clean, bright shiny vehicle makes a great impression to a customer when time of pickup. Portion of truck repaired and "new" looked great, but remainder of vehicle was as it was left at the beginning of this repair. An extra service step makes a huge difference at pickup time. Just acceptable is just what it says, just acceptable.

Hard item to judge...in person or phone contact was great! But e-mail updates were wrong, untrue, misleading and a waste of time. My vehicle was deemed started, various shades of complete, and ultimately totally complete when it was not even started.

I do not recommend Auburn Collision and I will take my business elsewhere in the future. In fact, I plan to take it to the dealer to have the door repaired and the alignment redone.
