Honestly, you probably saved my life. The best thing that happened is my car was hit and auto body clinic immediately noted that my brakes weren’t right, even though it had nothing to do with the accident.They took the time to research and find that there were many people in the same situation who had a problem with their brake booster on their Toyota. That led me to bring my car to Toyota and find out that my front brakes had seized and needed to be replaced, including the rotors that were worn down because of it. How many people get to say, thankfully I got into an accident. More importantly, thankfully, I chose auto body clinic and Steve and his crew..

see the review I posted. I have been going to the Beverly location for many years, never had any issues until this last visit. We had our ray band sunglasses taken out of a compartment, $53 also taken out of a different compartment, all our change and a lock with a set of keys on it. A phone and vape was also found in our truck (not ours). When I spoke to a very nice gentlemen he said call back to speak with Stevie. He did say that is odd as we don't spend time in the vehicles. When I called Stevie he was clearly ready for my call and was short, abrupt and stated, I heard and this did not happen at our shop, the phone and vape was found when we cleaned your truck. It's very sad how the call was handled and changes my view on the professionalism at this location. I would have expected a different response to make this right over a very small amount of money. Sometimes it's all about how things are handled and determine what a customer will do in the future.
