Tire had a bolt in it that should have been seen. I left the Auto Body shop and had to go to nearest shop to get it fix so as not to drive on flat tire. This was the same time with damage from accident and I had to eat the bill.

My car was there for a week. I was told that at the end of that week get an update on when my car would be done. I didn’t receive any updates, I emailed on Tuesday received text the next day that my car would be done in another 7 days. it was only after I called the corporate office that I was contacted.
