The receptionist was borderline rude, asking to pay for the repairs when the insurance company was supposed to pay for it. After telling her several times to contact the insurance company and resolve the matter she did so and the insurance company confirmed to her that they were going to pay for the repair.

Excellent service! They are quick, thorough, very reasonably priced, and so communicative - I love the text updates letting me know exactly where they are in the process. I have had two cars fixed in the last few months, both of which went through insurance. They handled the insurance side without issue. And they are so nice! Highly recommend.
