When I got the estimate I was told 7-10 days for the repair. Then at drop off I was told 2-3 weeks! It took 22 days so all of 3 weeks plus. The repair quality was great but not happy with that time frame after being told 7-10 days. It’s a work truck and I lost valuable time without it.

I would just say that a reminder to have someone do a walk around the vehicle as a final inspection would be good. My front license plate was not put back on and I had to return to the shop. Not really a big deal but sometimes things are missed. The completed work was a very good job. I also appreciate that you delivered my car to me. That is a great service. Thank you

I have not used the car in several days. Yesterday I noticed that the top of the left side is all scratched up. Looks like tools were put on the top and nothing was put underneath them to protect the car. It is a mess. I am not a happy customer!
