Thanks to Charlie & Matthew for the restoration of our Ford Explorer. It actually looked brand new and whoever cleaned it did an exceptional job. Communication between the staff and keeping me posted on the completion date and whether or not they were on Target was outstanding. They always impress me. Their attention to detail, their communication and the cleanliness of my car was amazing. Sadly, it was a mess on the inside and they made it look like it was brand new everyone there is so friendly customer oriented, I couldn’t be happier. Got my vehicle back earlier than expected. Looks great and very well detailed. No lingering paint smell that I have had in the past from other companies. They updated me every couple days to let me know how the repairs were going, which I appreciated. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. I left my rental with them,and they made arrangements for the rental company to pick it up from them. After going over my invoice and warranty on the work performed, I was on my way. Over all, an annoying and stressful experience of my car being damaged in an accident, was made easy. GREAT JOB!
