GREAT WORK! Auto Body Excellence does beautiful work, and their techs and front desk staff are true pros! They kept me well informed on how the repair was progressing. They let me know if there were any new issues discovered and what effect they had on the estimated time of return. My wife and I were really happy with the staff response (thanks, Athena) and the beautiful work the techs did on her 2018 Beetle! Thumbs Up!

Huge thanks to Debir for the excellent communication and outstanding bodywork. I could not be happier, the car is EVEN BETTER than when I dropped it off. I appreciate the little touches, too, like cleaning the car and making sure I could access the vehicle after hours upon return of a trip

The staff was friendly and we had good communication throughout. When the vehicle was done, not only was the repair perfectly completed, but it had been washed and thoroughly cleaned as well. It looked brand new again. I would definitely recommend to others.

The part we needed for our repair wound up being difficult to locate, and the first one sent was damaged in transit, so the process took much longer than expected. However, the quality of the work and the level of customer service provided here are such that I would have been willing to wait twice as long, rather than go anywhere else.
