The repair performed on my vehicle was subpar to say the least, I feel as if i could do a similar job with no body work experience. Fenders misaligned, finger width panel gaps, no real attempt to make vehicle look as it once did. Overall 0 for poor workmanship.

If I could give a 0, I would. Advisor never bothered to call me once to update me on my vehicle, Never once received a call from Debir explaining anything. I called a couple days after my vehicle was taken there. I am extremely dissatisfied with the repair and the parts that were used on my vehicle. I spoke with debir on reaching out to me so we can work out the differences of prices so we can use all oem and he never once reached out to me and continued to use aftermarket parts on my vehicle without any warning. This is extremely frustrating especially since the adjuster supposedly sent an email to the advisor about working with me to ensure we were going to use oem parts even if it was at my expense. Not to mention me attempting to call and being told advisor is at lunch near the end of day. Unbeliveable

Did not give a 10 because I was called at 4:58 pm to pick up the car when you close at 5:00 with no advanced warning. Would have appreciated an advanced notice that the car will be ready at an approximate time. The front office lady waited for me to pick up the car at a later time as I was caretaking for my mom. Kudos for her waiting time and going out of her way to do that for me.
