Sure I would have liked to get my car back sooner, but I prefer that the work be done well and be done right. Both of these expectations were met with Auto Body Excellence. Debir was great to work with. He explained thoroughly upon drop off and pick up. He also responded quickly when we found something that needed to be fixed after we left. I have zero complaints, and nothing but compliments for everyone who helped me at Auto Body Excellence in Poway. I went in for a quote and Debir was incredibly helpful with explaining the situation, pointing out damage I hadn’t even noticed, explain how the process worked, gave fantastic advice. I dropped off the car last Friday and it was quick and easy - they really made an annoying situation as painless as possible. The repair took half as long as I expected and I couldn’t be happier, my car is genuinely in a better condition than it was prior to the accident. I can’t thank Debir enough for all the help he gave, and if I find myself needing body work again I won’t hesitate to return. THANK YOU! Can not recommend this place and this team enough.

Ms. Baratta was outstanding and very professional in all area's. It was a pleasure dealing with someone with excellent customer relations. Also the other young Ladies at the desk and in the office were excellent. The only problem I had was the time it took to fix my truck which caused the completion date to roll over this I was told was do to the requirements set by my insurance company which I have taken care of.
