Enrique was a 10 but everyone else who attempted to assist me was insufficient. It took me over a week to get an ETA on the repair of my vehicle. Everytime I called I was informed that I would receive a call back that never came. Communication was terrible.

Promised dates were not met, and gave wrong updates on the portal. I understood that the person in charge of my car left and another person took over. The new person who took over Debir Vasquez did a great job and delivered as promised.

I had a great experience with this dealership after bringing in my car for repairs due to damage caused by someone else. The team took their time to make sure everything was fixed properly and didn’t rush through the process. One of the staff members even stayed late to help me return my rental car on time, which saved me from being charged extra—something I really appreciated. There had been some miscommunication with the previous employee I worked with (who is no longer with the company), but the current staff acknowledged it and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. Their honesty and dedication really stood out. I’m truly grateful for the care and professionalism I received.
