Repair took exactly 1 full week from the time I dropped off the car and the drop off and pickup process went smoothly. I got a ride from the body shop directly to rental car shop and upon pickup of my vehicle I was able to leave the rental car with them and they handled getting it back to enterprise which allowed me to have one less thing to worry about upon picking up.
