So far so good! The shop personnel were friendly, professional, and communicative. We received our car back in minimal time and received their assistance with getting our rental car back. Only reason the feedback is not a 10 is do to some minor overspray in the door lock mechanism. Even with that, I would highly recommend this shop to others.

When I went in for the estimate everyone seemed helpful and friendly. I had to call and follow up a week and half later because they never actually submitted my estimate. I am still experiencing the same problem I came in for and when I called to try and resolve I felt that the communication was dismissive and condescending without hearing me out or being willing to have a conversation.
