The people were cheerful, friendly and competent. The work was performed exactly as described in their estimate, and exactly on schedule. They kept me up to date on progress. When I noticed a tiny problem after I picked it up (a dash light came on unexpectedly) they immediately looked into it and fixed the loose connection without any charge. They seem like good folks.

Customer service at the front desk was efficient and welcoming. Manny was able to quickly give us a detailed estimate. Granted the damage was “minor” but the repair was done within 3 days and the car was washed and clean. The area repaired was like new and although the final bill was slightly above the estimate, the differences was explained. We would go back to Auto Body Specialties if needed. Thank you.
