Overall, the repair experience was fine but I was not able to get to your shop until about 4:50 on a Friday and everyone was gone. Fortunately I was able to reach somebody at A&m who was still there and they reached out to your team and were able to get somebody to give me my car. Had that not happened I would have been stuck all weekend without a vehicle because I had been left at your front door by Enterprise and was stuck there.

Auto Body Specialties were very nice and made the process so easy! They were able to get me in same day with an estimate of both price and completion date. When the date had to be slightly pushed back due to parts shipment delays, they were communicative and explained what was going on. They did great work and were very kind. Highly recommended!

Im pretty satisfied with their work despite my vehicle being older. They worked with what was available for a vehicle that has many discontinued parts. The truck looks good. Good customer service. Would recommend.
