I use the same Auto Body shop I have always gone to so of course I was happy with the service I received there however again Safeco did not submit the proper information to the auto body shop

It was difficult to get a hold of any agent, they never mailed or emailed when theyou said they would, and couldn't even be bothered to get the proper information submitted for my rental car until after my car was already fixed
