The body work was good, the cleaning with oily spray and extra time was not. I think the body work was excellent.

Body work was excellent, but it took longer than expected and I had to go back to add another part.

I was happy with everything except for how the vehicle was cleaned. My car was three weeks old when it got it and was in like-new condition. After the initial repairs were completed, they "cleaned" my car. The cleaning used a very strong smelling and oily cleaner that was sprayed all over my car mats, the doors, and the dash. I have sensitivity to smells and it made my car smell like a rental car. I had to take all the mats out at home and clean them with a brush and soapy water to get the oily cleaner out of them. The spray on my dash and doors still shows remnant marks. I have always been careful not to use sprays on car interiors because it leaves residual spray marks - my car now has these. The repair was fine, but the cleaning was very disappointing and I was quite upset.

After checking repair options in the phone book I called auto craft and they were able to get the car in promptly and gave fair estimate. They finished the car when they promised and looked great.
