I hit a deer on my way home two weekends ago. Middle of the day. Terrible. My car was damaged, but not so bad I couldn't drive it. I took it to Auto Craft on West 11th for a free estimate, it took about 15 minutes and they walked me through the whole process. I called my insurance, started the claims process, and let them know I wanted to use Auto Craft. Within the hour Auto Craft called me letting me know when the parts would be in and when to drop my car off. My insurance company recommended enterprise as a car rental while my car was being fixed. When I dropped my car off they even took me to pick my rental up in a sweet suburban. They estimated my repairs would take 3-4 days but told me to prepare for 7 worst case scenario. Much to my excitement they called me the next day to let me know my car was done. The repairs were beautiful, my car was good as new! I was even able to drop my rental car off there. Thanks so much Auto Craft for being such a smooth shop to work with

So far I’m satisfied with the quote process and scheduling the repairs but the last bit of repair isn’t finished yet so I haven’t picked up the vehicle but you keep dunning me for feedback so I’m responding.

The initial steps were great but once the final part was back ordered and completion was delayed, I have had to be the one checking on status. Even though it hasn’t changed (still delayed), I would have preferred regular updates (eg weekly?)
