I have been taking my cars to AC for over 35 years and the last two times have been disappointing. In this instance, the repair was not completed. The quarter sized dent was reduced to a dime sized dent and the car somehow passed whatever QC measures are in place. Because of said dent, the corresponding moulding wouldn't sit flush with the lower rocker panel. The time before that, the car was painted. It was dirty when I picked it up(partially my fault as I was a day late and it sat outside). When I washed it, it became apparent that it had not been buffed out (or something) and it was too late. I had an appointment with Rich at Bodyguard and he ended up polishing it out so he could install PPF. That is not his job, but AC's. At this point in time, I wouldn't recommend AC to a friend looking for auto body work. I can't stake my rep on how many times the car has to go back for QC work.
