The work done to repair my vehicle was incredible. I could not be happier. There was a check engine light on for about an hour of driving from all of that wiring being moved around, but that error has since cleared on its own. The paint and body work on the damaged panels of my car is incredible, and if you didn't know the story of how a yearling deer literally threw itself against the poor thing you wouldn't be able to tell it had happened. Another incredibly important point of note is that Jason was impressively communicative throughout the entire process. He was upfront from the beginning, took me seriously and treated me with respect, and told me that he would not okay work that he would not be able to stand behind for a lifetime warranty. The shop had an opportunity to save some $$ on the repair, but they chose the option with higher cost and extended lead time because it was the right thing to do and strongly increased the quality of the job. I was floored with how impressed I was with the experience. They handled everything for me, even going so far as to help me with coordinating my rental so that I could still have something to drive home when I dropped my car off. I would absolutely choose this shop for body work on this car should I ever need it again. Strongly, strongly recommend the team at Autobody USA here in TR.

The work is impeccable, and the customer service is awesome. Not only was the service from shop side impressive, but Cassie took such good care of me in securing a rental while my car was being worked on. She communicated with Enterprise on my behalf, wrote up the contract, and then handled contacting Enterprise once I'd returned the rental & getting my deposit back to me. This shop truly is a one stop shop, and I would strongly recommend the experience.

The body work looks amazing. She's been rained on a few times since I got her back and the paint job has held up nicely. You cannot tell that a deer threw itself at her; it looks great. I did notice that the small air vent attachment was not quite as attached to the corner panel as I'd hoped, but I assume that the adhesive is still curing & I will contact the shop if I notice that the thing actually comes off.

Jason was amazing and kept me updated on the progress throughout the entire job. I was impressed by both the honesty and transparency involved when a few things pushed back the timeline, as well as the incredible customer service experience I had each time I spoke with him on the phone as well as in person to drop off the car & pick her up.
