John O’Burke was very helpful and courteous very professional at all times. Repair work very good quality just a couple of glitches in the electric that we do need to take back to Honda other than that everything was great.

I was so surprised to see my car after the repairs were done. My car looked like it was a brand new vehicle. I am so happy my insurance dealt with this company. They did an outstanding job. The communication could’ve been a better, some items could’ve been touched up out of pocket but the option was not presented. A biweekly update from the shop would’ve been nice.

I'd Like to thank Stefanie, John and their team for doing such an incredible job on my 2015 Dodge Charger I couldn't be happier , I'd also like to thank you guys for making this whole experience virtually worry free, from day 1 when I came into the office and spoke with Stefanie about my car I felt very welcome and comfortable with having ACRS doing the repairs needed on my car to make it whole again. You guys definitely exceeded all my expectations and i appreciate the sense of urgency on repairing my car in such a short amount of time and being professional enough on keeping me up to date and informed daily on how the repair process is going .
