Basically the caps sheared off due to possible over torquing. My concerning here is that this was done and nothing was annotated or mentioned. Even after I went back to the office, Hector and I both noticed that one of the caps was stuck inside the wheel lock key. So if I can say this, there should be a better quality assurance function implemented to ensure things like this do not occur. Especially, when the customer has to find out on their own"
