Corey and I believe the reception name was GaBbY was very professional and friendly. They kept me updated on everything that they were doing with my car when I came to pick up my car. My Chevy Colorado was completed on time. Everyone at Gerber that I came in contact with was polite and professional. The receptionist was very helpful with taking care of such details as calling the car rental company to arrange my pickup, explaining the warranty on the repairs, as well as providing me copies of all documents for my records. They seemed genuinely understanding about the situation I was in when my vehicle was vandalized and inoperable, and although the vandalism impacted the gas tank area and not the exterior paint/body, my truck was returned to me washed and very clean.
