The process took too long. There was very little communication throughout the process. I had to usually inquire into status of the vehicle. They put on parts that had imperfections. Had to take the vehicle back several times.Had several electrical issues during the process and it had to go to service for work on it. Collision claimed that it was not from the accident and should be fixed under warranty. Im not sure how they determined this.
