I pointed out the receiver hitch that was put on my truck was damaged and pointed it out to Bryce. Bryce told me that it was probably damaged from falling off the shelf. I was felt pressured into accepting it the way it was. I would never recommend this body shop for this reason. They knowingly put a damaged receiver on my truck and expected it to go unnoticed. Yes I took a photo before I left the shop.
