I am very satisfied with the repairs done to my vehicle, however I did not receive any communication at all and had to reach out several times during the 15 days my car was in the shop to ask for an update. There did not appear to be any urgency in getting my vehicle back to me.

Scratched my paint everywhere with sanding tool, also chipped my paint in spots that weren’t originally damaged; didn’t align trim properly when repairing and replacing. Very poor body shop work.

Derek was very argumentative, passive aggressive, and off putting, once he was notified of his and his teams mistakes, the director ended up, deciding he wasn’t fit for the job and had to take my cars repair over into his responsibility to make sure it was done correctly because Derek couldn’t do his job.
