The first time we went to get the car a lot of little things were not correct a nail in one of the tires no gasoline in the car a problem with the alignment of the door that was replace the second time we came was for the alignment of the door and air was still coming in from the doors overall not a great experience both my husband and I lost time from work that noone is replacing those hours back! Answer given by the manager were not the appropriate ones and at the end my husband was the one finding the problem with the air coming in by a job not well supervise that your shop did on our car! First and last time coming to this collision center saddly not a good experience!

Both the immediate guy (He tor) & his supervisor (John) were horendous. Hector told my 2 weeks to get my truck repaired & we are going in the fifth week. They did not test drive my truck & when I drove it off the lot if mase very loud noises & had to go back after 3 weeks for almosr 2 more weeks
