The side mirror was not repaired even though it got scratched up during the accident i was told because there was old dent marks it wasn't part of the claim

The system Auto Nation uses requires all cars under the Autonation umbrella be sent to a central location for collision repair. This system sucks for the customer and requires 4-5 times the number of days to complete the work. Case in point, I was told my repair would take 3-4days and 16 days later I'm getting my car! Seriously? What this tells me is you guys don't care about the customer.
