Jim who dealt with directly was very professional,helpful,kind and informative.The ladies at the front desk were delightful kind and professional. Everyone there is very helpful and kind. The quality of work is excellent as well.

I had such a positive experience all around from AutoNation Collision Center Mesa. Jim was super helpful, and was constantly updating me on my car. The receptionists are all so sweet, and just some of the most friendly people I've ever met. Even taking the shuttle home was enjoyable as we were just talking and laughing the whole way there. I wouldn't trust any other place with my car. Would love to recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you!

They said they would line up the bed of my truck when I dropped it off and when I picked it up the bed wasnât lined up but they said thereâs pins that have to be lined up, so why did they tell me they would line it up if the couldnât frustrated

They waited till 15 minutes before closing time to tell me my car was ready which was an inconvenience because there was no way I could get over there even though I had called them several times that day
