From my first phone call to Mike Garcia,, he explained the entire process. When we drove down 2 hours from Sedona, he again explained process and AutoNation commitment .to excellence. I then received calls when parts were ordered, and status in body shop work, nearing completion date and Done.. He organized Enterprise car.rental. The body work was excellent, entire inside was cleaned and ready when we picked up. Aaron took over those final steps. AutoNation handling of our repairs, coupled when we bought our truck from AutoNation. Will bring us back for our next purchuse and to recommend to friends.
