Ended up with two bolts in two tires after leaving the repair shop. Casey was otherwise great with me. The receptionist girl with long brown hair was always rude and never greeted customers, never smiled and was never a pleasure working with her.

It wasn’t too horrible having my car in the shop longer because insurance paid for my rental…but if it didn’t this would have been unacceptable. But the front desk girl is why the score is so low.

They quoted me 3 days and it took almost two weeks to complete. Also the front passenger door that had the most damage sounds funny when it closes. Like it’s hollow or something.

The guy that worked with the car but the front desk girl was horrible. Both times I went in. Like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. She has fair skin and dark black hair. She even rolled her eyes when I told her the car rental company to see how much they were charging extra for the length of time the shop had the car than they estimated. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone react that way. Totally unprofessional.
