Defective module sent by Honda resulted in extended troubleshooting, which in turn extended the length of time required for the car rental. Additionally, a clamp used for holding a water hose to the radiator was either not attached correctly our the part failed resulting in towering the vehicle back to the shop for remediation

The front driver door was not perfectly aligned with the rear driver door but thats all good and they didnt install the isolation back in the door it sounds like a tin can when i close it! otherwise a ok job

Kari Bash always makes the experience positive and timely. She is so good about communicating during the process and helped my son a lot in getting him to where he had to be in order to get the car in for repair and get to school on time as well as get his car back. Everything about our experience with AutoNation was great on both occasions when my son needed body work done on his car.
