I'm a car person. Part of that means I HATE door dings. My car was ready on Tuesday but I told my advisor I'd pick it up on Wednesday. When I arrived at about mid afternoon, my car was parked out front in a parking space that I would never ever park my car. Had there been a door ding, AutoNation would have been keeping my car and repairing it. I would have been greatly inconvenienced and you would have lost your profit. I would highly suggest you reconsider this practice.
