Very unprofessional and slow place . No system in place to get status of your car. The Estimator offered to install a broken part that they broke while disassembling the car because i asked for it to be as per the date they provided!! Worst experience!!

Gil and team did a fantastic job, they were able to repair some of the existing bumper to keep costs down, the end result, I cannot hardly see that anything was damaged. They completed the job in less than a day. Amazing - thank you !!!

When I brought the car for Gil to look at and give me an estimate, I was quoted $200 for labor and $202 for the part. I paid a $100 deposit and decided to purchase the Genuine Mercedes part myself which I did for $79. When I returned for the repair on the scheduled appointment day, Gil changed his mind and issued a new estimate. This time the labor was increased to $468. I was not happy about that but reluctantly paid the full amount.
