Just based on how AW makes you feel as a customer is terrible. The receptionist should be somewhat welcoming or at least not rude.

The original estimate was WAY off. The repairs took 6 days longer than they promised. The receptionist is unfriendly and makes you feel very unwelcome and although they detailed my car everything was just thrown in the trunk.
