Our car came back with the best clean and detail I've ever had on this car.

This would be where we struggled. We heard nothing for well over a week. No updates. Communication was poor. Our car was returned with someone else luggage cover on the back. We got a call that we didn't leave our rental car keys... which we did. We felt very insignifigant. The work itself took maybe 2 days, and they could have had the car done much earlier. We just were clearly not a priority.

Felt pricey compared to damage. The plastic covering and paper left in car. But honestly fantastic job! Perfect work. Car even smells like new!!!

The painting looks good, but note that it is less than one month since the repair, and realistically more time without peeling, etc. is needed to make a definite assessment.

You consider yourself a qualified workshop and can't choose the right color??? You kept the car for more than two weeks, you said (I would like to believe that this is true) that you repainted it twice and still the color of the bumper is much darker than the rest of the car, it's a Mercedes 550!! I'm not happy...

Even though I was given an option for repairing the damaged area versus buying a new bumper should have been discussed more. The damage was on the very bottom area the and now that I’ve seen your quality of work I might have had a 20 % savings. 🤔
