Bob knew that in order to achieve this vision, he needed to provide the best repairs around, and somehow ease the stress of being in an accident. After that, he went about designing an unparalleled 3-part strategy: Estimators are taught to give exceptional customer service and to educate, not sell, the customer. Technicians are trained to meet high-standards for quality repairs. Each shop is given state-of-the-art equipment from industry leaders, which are consistently updated and upgraded.
