No one was wearing a mask, I selected only to be contacted when the vehicle was done I either received a phone call or text every single day if not both, one day they texted me letting me know my vehicle was going to be ready by the end of the day only to call me later in the day to tell me that they were running ahead of schedule but it wouldn’t be ready until the next day but they gave me the same completion date as I was initially given when I dropped off my vehicle there, when I called and set up the appointment the receptionist assured me that they would have a rental car there waiting on me when I arrived I was informed that I had to take a shuttle to the rental car company which was very inconveniencing because I would’ve picked a different shop closer to home and a different time if I knew that was the case, also found dirty trash in my vehicle.

Minus the license plate, my car looked newer than when I purchased it 2 years ago. The tea even cleaned the interior of the car. Very impressed! One of the most so mole and professional collision center I have dealt with! As a military veteran, I thank YOU for YOUR service!!!
