The hail damage on the hood problem shows communication isn't very good with B street.

My complaint is that when the man, I think his name was Dave, called me to discuss the repairs he said they were going to fix the entire hood without replacing it. My car had previous hail damage on the hood and I was going to ask what it would cost to fix the hail damage, but since he said B street was going to fix the entire hood I felt like the little guy wins one once in a while. The entire hood was not repaired and it disappoints me, as I would have asked for a quote before his "promise"
