I was happy, a couple hurdles... maybe i checked the wrong box on communication but not hearing anything until the day before pick up is a little odd - especially when it is a week early. Major changes to the plan need to be briefed. You got instructions on how to remove the 5th wheel hitch from me but didn't follow them and them improperly re-assembled it... literally a good search for the hitch name would have shown you how to - also if a castle bolt has a pin holding it in place it is a pretty solid bet it is not supposed to be removed when there is a lever right there. all in all not bad and better than my last Omaha body shop experience.

Honestly, the total price came in about $2,000 more than I had expected. Even looking over the involice, it appears I paid $297.29 more than the total of the invoices.
