The body work was satisfactory and the friendliness of the first estimator was great. The fact that their was not a quality check, a friendly informative receptionist, and an estimator who was far to insistent that I was going to pay for the electrical connections issue are the reasons for not recommending this location to anyone.

It was very convenient that they are partners with my insurance company and with car rental. The initial estimator was friendly and helpful. The older receptionist however, not so much. The car was finished in a timely fashion with lots of communication during the process. The finished product looked great! It was frustrating that even though the body looks good there were electrical connections oversight. It was inconvenient that I could not schedule an appointment to have that resolved but rather required to get a new estimate on how much it was going to cost me to fix it and schedule a day to fix it.

The first estimator was knowledgeable and friendly. The older of the two receptionist was not helpful or friendly and was so impatient with her responses during all three encounters. The second estimator was convinced that I was going to pay for the electrical connections issue that he couldn’t accept the possibility that it may have been an oversight by their tech.

Overall very satisfied. Staff was mostly excellent and kept me informed every step of the way. The whole process going through insurance was simple and made easy for me!! I am dissatisfied due to one issue: I picked up my car from B Street & realized that same day my front driver’s side window would not roll down. Prior to the collision, this window was working perfectly with no issues. I called B Street & they asked me to bring my vehicle back so they could take a look. When I arrived, I waited for about 10 minutes before a service tech came out to meet me. He got in the car, turned it on, pushed the window button, got out and confirmed that the window was not working. He proceeded to tell me that there was no repair work done on the door, that the motor must have burned out, and advised I take the car into the dealership. When I noted that the window had been working prior to the collision, he simply repeated that B Street had done no work on the door and therefore the window not working could not be related. No further investigation of this issue took place. This is frustrating for me as the window was working perfectly immediately prior to the collision. I would have hoped for a more thorough investigation into this issue, considering whatever the cause is, it happened during the time my car was at B Street. This put a serious damper on my satisfaction with what was otherwise such a wonderful experience.
