Overall very satisfied. Staff was mostly excellent and kept me informed every step of the way. The whole process going through insurance was simple and made easy for me!! I am dissatisfied due to one issue: I picked up my car from B Street & realized that same day my front driver’s side window would not roll down. Prior to the collision, this window was working perfectly with no issues. I called B Street & they asked me to bring my vehicle back so they could take a look. When I arrived, I waited for about 10 minutes before a service tech came out to meet me. He got in the car, turned it on, pushed the window button, got out and confirmed that the window was not working. He proceeded to tell me that there was no repair work done on the door, that the motor must have burned out, and advised I take the car into the dealership. When I noted that the window had been working prior to the collision, he simply repeated that B Street had done no work on the door and therefore the window not working could not be related. No further investigation of this issue took place. This is frustrating for me as the window was working perfectly immediately prior to the collision. I would have hoped for a more thorough investigation into this issue, considering whatever the cause is, it happened during the time my car was at B Street. This put a serious damper on my satisfaction with what was otherwise such a wonderful experience.

The work was wonderful it looks really good just don't understand quite why the cameras were unplugged in my vehicle. But they're in there in case something happens but you were transporting the car if the car was damaged in your lot there would be a record.
