Friendly but not responsive. I had wanted to get my car in while we were out of town so I would not be without a car or have to get a rental car. However, the ball was dropped and they did not call me to let me know it was ok to bring it in for repairs. I was told that they only had one person working in the office and he forgot about getting my car in for repairs. I was told it would take 4-5 days for repair and so I did not get a rental car. It actually took 10 days. No one ever contacted me. I only received automated email messages. When I got an email letting me know my car was ready I went to get my car not realizing they close at 5:00. Luckily someone was still in the office who helped me get my car.

The wrong color bumper was put on the car. I intend to return the rav4 to have this fixed. When I got the car back the electronics didn’t work. I was told this happened when the car was sent to Landers Toyota to be recalibrated. They said I should take it to them. I got that fixed and now I plan to take it back to you to get the correct bumper installed.

I'm having to put my car back in the shop because Bale Collison didn't fix the steering column correctly. Also the collision was closed on the weekend so I had to drive all the way back to Austin Texas during only fifty miles per hour hoping nothing breaks.
