Excellent service all around--every single interaction. Though car wrecks are always an inconvenience, working with Bale Collision was the highlight of this ordeal. They were flexible with where I dropped off and picked up my vehicle. They were flexible with me stopping by during my lunch break to get an estimate. They communicated well with me during the period that they had my vehicle--keeping me informed (vis calls and texts) on what phase the work was in, and an estimated time of completion. I highly recommend them. The customer service is superb.
