Some work was missed this time around. Insurance already stated they could reopen the claim for work to be executed. I’m confident we’ll make it right.

I still have a scratch present on the left hand side of my front bumper, down to the plastic. Also discovered cracked plastic under the car that might have been missed. Likely how the animal got stuck under my car.

Ladies at the desk are always nice. Consultant from walk around was knowledgeable. I just think the cracked plastic was missed as it’s further back from other damage. All focus was on front end. Also scratch on a piece I thought was being replaced. Walk around was performed at pick up as it was raining out.

Body work came out amazing. However when i got the vehicle back both headlight bulbs were blown and it was not dropped off that way. I also found out my RF balljoint was very loose ( car was hit on the RF and was likely due to accident) vehicle had alignment done at dealership during repair but no one ever mentioned the loose ball joint. This is something i found out myself afterwards.

The repair was obviously conducted by a very qualified employee. The body lines and fit was done knowing that the interface of multiple parts around the bumper and grill would be extremely visible. I would be hard pressed to find the damaged area. When the car was presented to me for acceptance It was washed and vacuumed, making any customer very, very pleased and I actually relayed that message to the front desk. The only negative comment that I passed back, was the ridiculous amount of time it took to get my vehicle back. That was no fault of Balise but a shortage at the parts supplier.
