Communication was lacking and was only activated upon reaching out by myself, had to ask for a copy of the estimate as was not provided initially, length of time to repair the damages that occurred was excessive, ALTHOUGH the vehicle came back in great if not excellent condition and they detailed the car inside and out (even appeared to remove minor scuffs or scratches that are common on a black car that were not part of the damage), would do business with again
