The car looks good but unfortunately the day after I picked it up the check engine light came on, we live in another state so are unable to get back to MA to have the issue checked out. Everyone there was very nice, I understand there isn't anything they can really do for us but I unfortunately can not give a higher rating since there is an issue with the car the day after I picked up the car and drove back to our home state.

The customer service is very good unfortunately I can not give a 10 rating because I made arrangements by taking off work based on the date they had given me to pick up the car. I only found out the car would not be available when I emailed the day before to find out the earliest I could pick up the car and was told parts still had not arrived there was never an update sent alerting me to the fact that there was a delay again I think these were unusual circumstances because we live out of state and the accident unfortunately happened in MA. Had I been updated on the delay I definitely would be giving a 10 rating because everyone was extremely helpful whenever I reached out and did update me quite a bit so it was quite surprising to not have heard from someone about the change in date until the day it was scheduled to be completed.

I feel Balise could improve on their communication and the overall personal experience with the customer. I have not had the need for an auto body shop in several years. I chose Balise, as they have been a long time staple in the area. If there is a need in the future, I will look at other repair facilities.

While awaiting a remaining small part to be painted, they gave my car back which saved an additional 2-3wks of rental and likely out of.poxket $$ for rental. Email updates, excellent customer service and patience.
