Mapfre dropped the ball with the initial appraisal. One adjuster thought another was appraising ... that took weeks. I expected one call to my insurance adjuster to handle this accident that was not my fault. I dedicated much of my own time handling this accident.

Very pleased with the outcome of the repair. My only displeasure was the length of time it took. I was initially quoted 3 -4 days and it took 10. It was worth the wait but, It it increased the cost of the car rental.

Staff was always professional and understanding. Found out Balise Collision was under different management and some things have changed. Front staff was patient in explaining while I was frustrated at first and took the time to explain the changes during what was obviously a stressful Monday for them. Commendable professional staff.
