The repair was fine, however I wiuld have appreciated someone to show me and explain what was done. I was simply handed the keys when zi picked up the car. I did ask if someone was going to go over the work done with me and I was told “No”.

unacceptable repairs. Car looks awful! I have been there twice already to pick it up, but it was not done properly. I have wasted hours driving back and forth! I will never go to Balise Collision every again!

Balise is very friendly, accommodating, hard working, professional and great at what they do. Unfortunately a little bit lack of detail at the end but overall I will refer this shop. Perhaps I am a bit obsessive with the details like a perfectly lined up emblem and smaller things. The rest of the work is so perfect you can't tell anything happened.
